  Drew Marshall  | Change Management Designer  Drew’s primary focus is on helping clients’ innovation, product development and project management teams get unstuck, so they can deliver value to their customers as quickly as possible. He works on installing innovation performance systems as an integrated part of his clients’ strategy implementation efforts. Other areas of focus include: organizational process analysis and change management, organizational communication systems design, operations improvement efforts, and mentoring and coaching services within clients. Drew has had consulting and management experience in strategy formulation, process consulting, project management, rational thinking practices, and product development methodologies. Drew serves on the Board of Trustees for Volunteer Connect.
